Last month, we were honoured to be part of one of the most amazing wedding weekend’s we have ever catered for

Working with a team of talented and creative professionals from leading suppliers to the wedding industry, CCC had the pleasure of catering for over 240 guests for the wedding on Saturday, followed by a brunch for 200 on Sunday.

Reception drinks were held in a Raj style tent where the CCC team served canapés, pink fizz and hand-carved Iberico ham.    The natural look of the reception marquee was in huge contrast to the setting for the wedding breakfast.  After speeches, guests made their way to a breathtakingly stunning, architecturally-designed, glass and steel orangery marquee for dinner.   Tables were adorned with fresh roses and candles which twinkled on the glass ceiling and walls.     After a starter of pan seared halibut, guests enjoyed a main course of fillet of lamb followed by a dessert buffet to rival Willy Wonka.    After dinner, a reveal curtain opened to a nightclub area where live music, dancing and cocktails flowed into the early hours.

Celebrations continued into Sunday when the CCC team returned at 9am, bright-eyed and bushy-tailed to set up and prepare for a post-wedding BBQ and buffet brunch.    Yesterday’s reception tent was transformed to create a casual and relaxed setting for lunchtime grazing with Bloody-Mary’s, G&T’s and delicious chilled Rose

As the afternoon went on, the typical British Summer weather turned from fine to wet but rain certainly did not stop the play and guests soon picked up on last-nights celebrations and partying.

We worked with an impressive portfolio of suppliers and it was a pleasure to play a part in creating a beautiful and very special weekend for our bride and groom.  It was certainly one we will remember for many months to come
